Excellent caravan park located just outside of Alice Springs. We stayed one night in one of the two-bedroom units on our way back from visiting Uluru. The unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bouncing pillow and waterslide were clear favorites for my 10 and 12 year old girls. If you have children, they will love it here!

If you arrive late in the evening, a code- key and a very detailed map welcomes you, so you can take your room very easy.

Desert Palms is a 3.5-star property offering individual studio villa accommodation, surrounded by tropical gardens and set around a crystal clear swimming pool with island and waterfall. Well located, very calmy, close to the city centre just 20 minutes footwork. Was swimming in the pool every morning. Kitchen is well equipped tonight you can sit in front of your house and watch the stars. Kindly recommended: walk to the near locatated botanical garden, to the Anzac Hill to get an overview on the town. I recommend a visit to the historic telegraph office and the flying doctor service and book a tour to the West McDonald ranges.

Situated on the banks of the Todd River, Mercure Alice Springs Resort offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, just 5 minutes’ walk from Alice Springs' town centre. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this hotel. Has everything you need, very clean, location is just great! 5 min walk to the town and still located rather secluded. I hadreally great time there!
