I drove from Sacramento and had a problem with my left ankle. Knew I needed to ice ASAP or would end up not going out. Left my room and could barely walk. I asked a maid where the ice machine was. She told me I had to go to front desk to get ice. I thanked her and limped away. I took 2 steps and the maid who answered my question offer to get the ice for me. I wanted to cry because I knew I could not walk that far and she realized this. There truly are nice people still in bay area. Made my trip because I used the ice for 3 days. Wish I got her name. I looked for as I wanted to tip her

Loved the location, it was exactly where I needed to be. I liked the free parking. The breakfast was big and included eggs, bacon, potatoes and waffles along with fruit and pastries, oatmeal, juices and coffee. The coffee was also available all day.

This Extended Stay America - San Francisco - San Carlos is located in San Carlos and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a kitchenette. Clean and comfortable room. Kitchen has pots, plates, silverware, toaster, etc. Quiet. Enjoyed my stay and extended my reservation. Highly recommend.

This hotel overlooks a lagoon. All rooms feature a work desk and a coffee machine. The hotel offers room service. Our second stay and it was just as comfortable as our first.

Located in San Carlos, 13 miles from Shoreline Amphitheatre, Hyatt Place San Carlos has accommodations with a fitness center, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I went to a conference near the hotel. So the location was convenient but away from SF. Amazing personnel at front desk, cleaning and breakfast. Nice room with large bed and a sofa. I didn´t use the AC so I don´t know about. Cleaning every day. Very good breakfast with some variations every day which is always a nice surprise.
