The design of the build and brand new interior with the view on swimming pool and the sea was really great. The localisation (for us) was great, because we were looking for something calm. It was next to the famous in Kusadasi "Ladies Beach", next to the great big supermarket, shops and promenade and 10m to the bus stop which drives straight to the center.

The accommodation is situated in the prime location of the city, close to tourist attractions but not too loud or busy. Numerous cafés and restaurants are nearby, and there's a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing detailed information about attractions and pleasant places to visit. The beds were very comfortable, creating a homely atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality amenities, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with a pleasant fragrance. We highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking an unforgettable experience in kuşadasi.

It is a perfect accommodation in Kusadasi! Two rather big rooms, clean kitchen with all the necessary equipment and an amazing, breathtaking seaview from the roof and balcony! Roof is an ideal location for observing sunsets, with comfortable armchairs and the radio, by the way)) It is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the Ladies beach, which is extremely comfortable. What is more, there is a Migros just in front of the hotel. The atmosphere inside is very warm and friendly, we felt like home! I highly recommend this place for stay.

It was more than I expected since the price was quite low. The rooms are a bit old but everything works. Cleaning ladies are doing their job quite well and diligent. Room is really large. THe view is not impressive (at least from the room we stayed). THe workers at the reception and hotel are quite nice and helpful. THe parkin is in front. Only two places but in my situation there was no problem since I was the only with the car. Free pool in the hotel. Price of the drinks are not high. All above my expectations.

First, I want to thank to all of the staff members for the hospitality. All the team members, receptions team and the owner of the property are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, very well maintained and has a perfect view to the Aegean Sea. The air condition system is silent and very efficient. The breakfast are very tasty, not so various but very very good and fresh. It can be served at the hotel front terrace but also can be served in the room, as requested. The top floor pool exceeded our expectation with it's amazing Aegean Sea view and crystal clear water. In the very close area of the hotel there are a lot of parking place, even in the front of the hotel. All of the surrounded area of the hotel are quiet a not crowded. The "call" of the nearby mosque is quite loud some time but it completes the specifically Turkish atmosphere. We hope to come back soon! Thank YOU!
