The rooms were spotlessly clean, with high-quality furniture and super comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, but this place was so cozy and welcoming. Our high-rise unit offered amazing city views, which made our stay even more special. The staff was very responsive and incredibly hospitable. We were 30 minutes late due to traffic, but he waited for us patiently in the lobby, which was really kind of him. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. Even though he had other guests arriving the same day, he graciously allowed us a late checkout. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone planning to stay in downtown Toronto. It truly feels like a home away from home and is even better than many 5-star hotels.
