What an unexpected surprise this stay was. Firstly from a practical point of view, the studio was so spotless, it's very comfortable with a big bed, a table and seating area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a lovely porch with great views and a barbeque as well as a washing machine and dryer for use. The hosts are very welcoming. The reason we loved it was the mountain views, they are spectacular, it's so peaceful, we stayed for 5 days and felt like we had had a holiday - even though we had work each day. The stars at night were rather special too. The property is in a charming small town, with a few great restaurants and the historical town of Twickenham nearby. There are some fantastic trails and hikes within a 20-minute drive. If you are in this part of the world - go and stay here, its amazing value for money and a very special little place.

Owner was very outgoing and easy to work with on any issues you have. Very nice neighborhood is a gated community. Park like sidewalks and park areas throughout neighborhood have benches and lighting for neighborhood walks. Very nice area of city with close access to stadium if that is of interest. Lots of restaurants and shopping a couple miles away. I was visiting from South America and phone sim cards are different. Owner even lent me a cell phone. Considering what you pay for a hotel these days this was a great option for my wife and me, certainly more privacy than hotel has. Even has washer and dryer. Very close to 101 loop and Interstate 10, so access to various areas of the metro area is easy enough.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. We knew we were going to spend time in the apartment during our stay and the layout made that very comfortable. Everything including a washer and dryer were inside the apartment. They even had three TVs. While one of us slept the other could watch TV away from the other so as not to disturb them. We were close to the pool, gym, a big park and all stores and restaurants. This was an awesome place to stay.
