Great parking right outside the room. Nice clean room & very friendly host. Property is located just outside Vasto, between the town and the sea about 15 mins walk uphill to the town or downhill to the sea. For us, the location was perfect.

A perfect place to enjoy Vasto, which is a beautiful city with lovely restaurants. Our appartment had a kitchen which we used to cook lovely dinners with the great produce you can get in town, such as the market which is litterally near the hotel!

Everything is new, comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, there's parking, there's reliable internet, the rooms and bathrooms are quite well soundproofed, you are close to the beach and not very far from the old town. If we ever go back to Vasto we will definitely stay again here.

We only stayed one night but loved everything about this place: our room was spotless, spacious and well thought out, the area is beautiful and the sea is only a few minutes away (we met boars on our afternoon walk to the beach, and a fox later in the evening, on our way back from a lovely restaurant), the breakfast was delicious and Gianluca, the manager, was extremely friendly and kind. The only reason we did not stay longer is that we had to attend a wedding further south! :D

From the moment, my husband and I arrived we were treated like treasured friends. Anita and her husband Umberto are beautiful souls and nothing was too difficult for them. The mattress was divine, which is absolutely crucial when wanting a restful stay. The recommendations, tips, and helpful hints were perfect. Anita made sure to check in on us during our stay. She gave us tips on wonderful restaurants, and the best bakery (which was right around the corner from her place) and best gelateria (a brief walk down by the promenade overlooking the Adriatic Sea), and she arranged an excursion to a fantastic winery where everything was explained to us in fascinating detail. The breakfast was so lavish (we could pick and choose what we wanted) and it was brought to our room so that we could have it on our little balcony. The room had fabulous high ceiling with wonderful light fixtures, and outlets next to each side of the bed so that we could charge our phones in the evening. When we went to the beach, Anita made all the arrangements and arranged a taxi for us as well as providing beach towels to use. The room had fluffy robes, and was tastefully decorated with paintings done by Anita that are really soothing and perfect for the room. A perfect stay!
