The place is a little piece of paradise. Robert is a wonderful and kind host. Breakfast was amazing. Variety of vegetation can make any botanical garden jealous. Very spacious and bright room.

Lovely big room with very comfortable king bed. Spacious bathroom. Heated towel rail - very nice. Beautiful lead light in one of the windows.

from the lanai with the outdoor fireplace to the backyard spa, the cottage was a true oasis and sanctuary. Scott, Deborah, and Paul were fantastic and helped a family member arrange a surprise gift for us upon arrival. memorable stay in every way!

At the Craters Edge, bed and breakfast a Volcano

Situated in Volcano, in a building dating from 2008, 18 km from Kilauea, At the Craters Edge provides guestrooms with free WiFi.

This was one of my favourite places on the Big Island. It exceeded expectations in all areas! The rooms were plush and comfortable. The hot tub was such a welcome addition after a long day hiking in the national park. There were thoughtful touches in the rooms such as the large selection of snacks, delicious local coffee and banana bread for slow mornings, or taking with you for a day exploring. Chris and Eric were absolutely WONDERFUL. They're kind, considerate, accessible and just great people. They're on hand for recommendations about the local area, and really go above and beyond to deliver a first-class experience including helping us with our laundry! I wish we had stayed here instead of the sub-par accommodation we had in Hilo and just used this as a base to explore the South of the Island. Next time!
