Really nice and relaxing place! Perfect location for exploring Unzen. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing, but there was too much food and my partner and I couldn't finish everything. They had a nice variety of onsens, both private and public.There is plenty of private parking for the hotel just around the corner (after making the first left). I can't speak Japanese, but the staff was very friendly and patient with us! We used Google translate to translate the menu and paperwork. Thank you so much to the friendly staff, I definitely want to stay here again!

Very good, affordable option in Unzen. The facilities are very clean, the room is traditional with futon and yukata, and the bath is nice. We had a group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We had breakfast twice and dinner once with the hotel, the food and presentation were absolutely amazing and definitely something I would recommend. The Onsen was very special, they have an outdoor and indoor option, both being very nice facilities. We booked a Japanese style rooms and Western style rooms and both were delightful. The staff were very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.
