Easy access Security Quietness Proximity to Las Olas Boulevard 30 minutes walk to beach, which is awesome if you want to get your daily walk. If not, few minutes away by car. Parking included.

We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.

The location and price for my 11 day stay was amazing. Angela was very welcoming and sweet, I got a little sick and she gave me some chamomile tea for my stomach nausea, and even when I was checking out my flight was late in the evening and she let me stay a little bit longer after check out. She is truly great and accommodating, that when I return to florida I will be staying here again!

I loved everything ! The house was so cozy. It really felt like home. The pool was AMAZING! Phillip was very responsive! He checked in few times to make sure everything was perfect. If I ever return in the area, I will 100% book here again!

Great , safe neighbourhood, close to restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive and provided info about the neighbourhood. We had a nice soak in the hot tub one night. Lots of traffic but easy drive to beaches.

There are numerous places to stay in the area, but none with this wonderful feel right on the beach. I would return again and again, but if it changes we will not.
