Situated in a quite part of this suburb, the property was a modern townhouse: I had reservations on booking but was very impressed on arrival: Full security entry to property and bedroom: There was an open plan kitchen- living area with TV- and large sliding doors to rear garden area: Continental breakfast- serve yourself was available if required- a full complement of cooking tools- microwave- cutlery-crockery- cups-wine glasses: The bedroom with full ensuite had a modern TV with all the apps, many for guest use, comfortable bed and writing desk; There was off St parking: Jiana was available on the end of the phone to answer any questions:

Loved our stay. Very comfy, the rooms were tidy and clean, bed was big. Staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. Such a good location, right near the mall but without being right on it, gives you some peace and quiet. It's a budget hotel, but feels fancier!

We attended a function at the hotel. A fabulous night with the knowledge of a comfortable room to go back to.

Quiet hotel right in the centre of the city. Easy walk to Rundle mall. The room was large and comfortable.

Everything 🤩 Location, value for money, very comfortable bed. Room was fabulous and loved watching the world go by in the mall from our balcony. Had dinner on our last night at First where the food and service was exceptional.

Room very spacious and comfortable with seperate room for bed, Mini bar aavailable. I ordered room service which arrived quicker than I expected. It was hot and excellent quality, the same as restaurant. Walking distance from Central Station. Close to Rundle Mall. Staff very efficent, friendly and helpful.

Brilliant location to enjoy Fringe festival activities at a cheaper price than the CBD in March. Loved the pool and the spa, perfect temperatures. Breakfast was fine.
