It is horrible do NOT stay here. IT is creepy, old and looks nothing like the pictures. No extra blankets or pillows, old creaky beds and all around disgusting. We didn't even feel comfortable sitting on the furniture. Left and didn't stay here.

This is a luxury ski town.
This is a luxury ski town. If you are coming to do any casual shopping, this is not your area unless casual to you means Prada or Gucci. Also, there is virtually no apres or nightlife, however there are some really great restaurants.

A bit busy for a tourist destination, lots of heavy traffic on the main road that leads to the old city center.
Lots of places to eat and shop, but not many places to walk around, at least in the winter.

This is a great place for a ski holiday fantastic skiing and huge range of places to eat and bars and a cornucopia of high end shops to browse the mountains are divine. I am sure it would be just as goos as a walking holiday destination in spring summer and autumn. Despite the glizzy reputation there is something for everyone here and the town is a great place to wander about in.

It's a nice and quite rich village.
It's a nice and quite rich village. The city centre offers a lot of luxury shops. It's located just 20min by car to the Tres Cimes and close to the ski slopes. We went there End of October, which is in between their main seasons. A lot of bars and restaurants and even hotels were closed during this time. It's nice to explore the nature around this time, but you need to be aware that huts and a lot of facilities are closed.

The sauna was exceptional and we really liked the turkish steam room, hot sauna, ice bucket showers and pool. The staff was super friendly, responsive and professional. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the delicious local meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, and delicious baked goods. The hotel shuttle into town and to the ski lifts were a huge bonus for our group as well. We also appreciated the free parking, ski locker room and amazing views from our balcony.
A cute old-fashioned hotel with great view from the balcony. We had a bed type mix-up (queen v. twin beds) but the staff handled it reasonably well even if it took several hours to resolve it (we went to the city center for a dinner while they tried to figure out what to do with us) and we got the requested and confirmed bed in the end. A decent breakfast buffet even if we had to request an espresso/cappuccino while other, Italian speaking guests, were asked automatically.
The staff were extremely hospitable and could speak English which was relieving for an American such as myself. The hotel was VERY clean and the aromatherapy in the hallways and room were a pleasant touch. I enjoyed the breakfast which was more than I was expecting and it made for good fuel before my hikes. A perfect stay (4 days, 3 nights) for my first (and hopefully not last) time in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Free breakfast at the hotel was very nice, the rooms were cleaned daily and left in very good condition. The hotel was also very cozy, perfect to lie down for a while after a full day of skiing. The staff was also super friendly and accomodated any additional requests such as providing rooms with queen beds or double twin beds and providing multiple keys to the rooms. The balcony view was also stunning.
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Corona for four nights in September. It was a great stay. This is a family owned and operated hotel, which gives it a personal feel. Steve, Mary and Ferdi were fantastic hosts, always willing to help and be helpful. Steve’s recommendations for local activities were great.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful views from the spacious room, good breakfast, great hospitality

Super helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for better Service. Extensive breakfast buffet.
Walk into the city takes about 20min.
Bus station right infront of the Hotel.
Free parking infront of the Hotel.
Room to lock away ski equipment.
Fresh towels and clean rooms every day.
The front desk staff is amazing. They handled an outburst by one travel partner with grace and professionalism! I loved our sunny corner room with a balcony (512). Beds and bedding are most comfortable. Location on the edge of the pedestrian promenade was perfect.
Very good hotel, in a pleasant location, very close to Lake Misurina, with stunning landscapes. The accommodations are very good, new and well maintained.
Service is limited but staff do their best to serve everyone with courtesy and efficiency.
It’s in the middle of Cortina. It’s the perfect location. The hotel is stunning. Everyone is so helpful and attend to your every need. The rooms are spotless and super modern with a rustic twist. I’d love to come back here again.
The location of the hotel was amazing, close to the Center, the room very comfortable and we had a balcony with the view of the mountains, the friendly staffs and the breakfast very delicious.
Hotel much better than a standard two star Italian hotel. Very good breakfast and my single bed was a very good size, almost a double. Also enjoyed having a balcony.
Amazing hotel! We stayed for 3 days/2 nights and had the best time. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was amazing! The views!
Excellent location of the hotel, equally close to the city center and the lift. The city bus stop for the lift was in front of the hotel! There was free parking.
Perfect location right at the center of town. Although the room was basic but it was good value for money considering other hotels in the center of Cortina.
