They said they cleaned our room but they didn’t empty the garbage, our toilet paper wasn’t filled, they took wet towels off floor and put it back on shower and I am convinced they only made our beds not out new bedding on. Disappointing.

Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful.
Austinburg and the surrounding area is beautiful. It is close to Lake Erie with lovely drives and activities for all ages. We were there for a wedding so our time was preplanned, but driving through the area made me want to spend more time.

The location was good for the family plans that were going on in the area at the time. I have previously stayed at one other hotel in the area. The Hampton was a much better choice. It was cleaner, I felt more secure. It was more quiet. Also, at the previous place I was supposed to have a no smoking room and it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the room, but I was out of luck as that was the only room available.
