Hi there I honestly didn’t like any. The place was horrible. I don’t know how you guys recommend those kind of places what’s really bad they never clean the rooms. Everything was so dirty and the smell in the room was horrible. I’m never gonna go back there.

Charming place, the Village was a lovely place with many stores and restaurants. I advise to book restaurants in advance during the holidays because it gets full and it can be hard to find a place to eat. We ended up in a restaurant named "Sizzler" very late on Dec 24th, and it surprised us with very good steaks and shrimps plus good service.

I was there before the first snow. Not too crowded, not too empty. Just perfect, probably the last days of fall. It is magic if you like hiking, and looking for refuge in nature. Locals are extremely warm. For shoppers, there is an attractive shopping area.

Traveled to Big Bear to visit son.

Traveled to Big Bear to visit son. My stay at Lagonita Lodge was AWESOME, right on the Lake with lots of amenities! Off-Season price was very affordable for apartment/condo unit with FULL Kitchen and a Living Room with Fireplace!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was stranded at Lodge when my son experienced car trouble. NO UBER Services in off-season! NO RENTAL CAR AGENCIES in Big Bear!! Thank God there was a Friday Night Welcome Party that evening at the Lodge, with lots of FREE, delicious food and drinks; otherwise, I may have gone hungry, LOL! There are probably Grub Hub or Door Dash services, not sure! Employees Mike and Cindy (hope I have her name right, she was new), were wonderful and lots of fun to be around at events! Fantastic place for a Family Reunion or a Class Reunion. LOVED the fireplace and my second floor view of the lake! Not accustomed to driving mountain roads, scary! My negative feedback is there were no assigned parking spaces and we could never find an open spot, had to park on the street and walk!! The tub enclosure had MOLD. My son brought me Tilex, I sprayed tub ledge and some of the MOLD disappeared. The rest of the mold was caulked over and could not be cleaned!! Overall, a great place to stay! Dinner at AZTECA Mexican Grill was delicious and the SANGRIA was killer!! Best Sangria, lots of fruit!! LouEddie’s Pizza outside Big Bear in Sky Forest on State Hwy 18 is fantastic, pizza is scrumptious, great views on Rim of the World Highway, Scenic Overlook! Maggio’s in Big Bear had a wonderful Spinach Salad! Took day trip to Palm Springs to go on Aerial Tramway, what a thrill.

My wife and I had a great time taking a pontoon boat out of Hollaways Marina for a few hours and do some fishing and just relaxing on the boat. It was a short drive to Lake Arrowhead for the afternoon and we enjoyed going into the village to walk a little and sight seeing.

There were 3 levels in this lovely lake view condo - if stairs are an issue for you this probably isn’t the condo for you. The 1st floor and through the garage had a very sweet studio with a king size bed. It also had a small patio with a view of the lake. The 2nd floor was the living / kitchen / dining area (open concept). It had a small outside deck with a nice view of the lake and is where we obviously spent most of our time. The 3rd floor had a lovely master and ensuite with the best views of the lake. There was a 3rd bedroom and bath on the street side. The condo was nicely decorated and a relaxing atmosphere. We found the dishes, bedding, towels etc very nice quality for a rental. I actually brought my own towel due to past experiences at other condos - no need here. We loved the location… we walked to the Village every day for meals and popping in and out of stores. Best pancakes we found were at Teddy Bear Restaurant - just a short 5 minute walk. We walked to the marina and took a boat ride on the Big Bear Queen which was also very nice. The dishwasher was broken when we were there but for us was not an issue as there were only 4 of us and we only cooked 1 breakfast and ate out the other 5 days we were there which is what we love to do.

Big Bear was such a stunning area and I imagine that you could enjoy staying there during any season as each time of year would have different activities . Lots of beautiful walks and hikes to do. I enjoyed pottering around in the village shops. I would love to go back during the winter time.

Adorable themed cabins, close to restaurants and the lake. Really loved the cat residents too! Didn't know about Sir Gawain and Pirithos until we showed up. Sir Gawain is allowed to come in the cabin and loves to cuddle on your lap. The jacuzzi tub was so nice and relaxing. We didn't use the fireplace but I imagine during the winter it would add an even more romantic atmosphere. They also have these cute twinkling Faerie lights on at night that make it even more adorable.

Last minute booking for a good deal. The fireplace was nice and I enjoyed the little kitchenette. Beds were comfy and check in/check out was easy. Room was large which isn't the most important thing to me but was nice. Liked the soaps and lotion provided. Because our trip was short, we didn't get a chance to utilize the little common space in the main lodge but had we stayed there for more than a couple of nights I likely would have used it.

Everything! They did not miss a thing. The aesthetics are minimalistic but perfect. I loved my little loft to sleep in and it was so nice to have a kitchen to cook a dinner and a picnic table to eat on. I've made a decision that I am only booking these cabins when visiting Big Bear. They're just so comfy!
