My toilet was not working. It was only one way in so it was crowded. You have to pay for parking and the elevators don’t lead to rooms you have to walk to entrance. They should use valet instead of having us pay for parking.

Lots of activities nearby.
Lots of activities nearby. The zoo is just a short drive away. The baseball stadium is close. The arch isn’t very far away. Wash University less than 5 miles away. Lots of restaurants around hotel, too. Everything we wanted to do was close to our hotel.

I grew up in and around the Brentwood area so I'm familiar with the area. It's convenient to many attractions. St. Louis Zoo, the Art Museum, the Science Center, & The Planetarium to name a few places. The Riverfront/Arch is a straight shot down interstate 64.
Fantastic location. Ladies at the check in desk were very friendly, and helpful in telling me restaurants and things to do in the area. Hotel itself was very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Great to have refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Cleaning staff very nice, and didn't make you feel rushed to leave. My room was actually cleaned while I was out, which is a rarity these days. So many places to eat, all within 5 minutes of the hotel.
The hotel team working the breakfast setup were phenomenal! They hustled to make sure all the food offerings were available and had a positive attitude with the hectic pace. Housekeeping individual on the floor I was on was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most dedicated individuals I've ever met during my travels over the years. I believe her name is Juanita and would appreciate her being recognized for her work.
Loved my Stay and will stay in the future. My best friend had a Diabetic moment on the plane ride in, and needed to lay down. Called for an early check-in and the young lady at the front desk was willing to help. It was Greatly appreciated. I believe her name was Angie (forgive me if wrong, but she was Awesome).
Hotel is very nice: real lobby and look. 8 floors. Breakfast cuts off promptly but it was very nice. Passes required for happy hour. Issued at check-in. Small fridge, microwave and 1-cup coffee maker in the rooms. Spacious.
