The room was large with television, mini refrigerator, microwave, safe and telephone. The room was quiet, very clean, the mattress on the queen size bed was very comfortable. But the mattress on the additional bed, which is a double-sized sofa bed, was very thin, very worn, and not comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean! with air dryer, shampoos, towels, etc., but the shower floor is very slippery and needs a plastic mat. The staff was nice, my only complaint was that they leave the extra bed unmade when they clean the room.

It seemed this area was still in development.

It seemed this area was still in development. We noticed lots of new buildings and businesses. We were there only for the night and attended a show at the HEB Center. We weren't there long enough except enjoyed some good food at a Mexican restaurant close to our hotel. I would go back again.

Clean and up to date. Many breakfast choices.

Clean and up to date. Many breakfast choices. Staff could learn to greet guests with a friendly "good morning" or "how you doing?". Instead they ignore all guests coming down for breakfast, or entering the hotel, a female manager included. Having personal conversations with one another or even on private phones, listening to music on headphones, etc. This small overlook makes a HUGE difference in how a paying guest feels. The hotel as a building itself was great, but because of the lack of basic social skills of many/most employees, we will not be staying there in the future. (There was one, only one older male employee who said good morning to us. Also there was a very friendly staff member on breakfast duty)

    The facilities was clean.

The facilities was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It was the perfect location for what we needed to do. The pool area was underwhelming. It needs more personality to be inviting. The fire pit was nice but smokers were in the area so it was disgusting. We are allergic to cigarette smoke. It would be nice if they added to security to the parking lot.

A great little town with a mix of big companies and small businesses. The local flavor is small town. Not a whole lot to do but close to the action. If anyone needs a break from the Austin lifestyle and prices I would recommend Cedar Park.

Wonderful, quiet area with lots of shopping centers.

Wonderful, quiet area with lots of shopping centers. Close distance to Austin. Big selection of eateries. We loved eating breakfast bagels from Einstein bros. So much convenience right around the corner from our hotel but also nice and quiet. Grocery stores like HEB close by in case you want to just buy snacks and stay in the hotel and avoid the crowds. Delivery options available for most restaurants. Easy access to highways in case you want to visit some tourist attractions. An area that definitely makes you feel safe.

I've been going to hotels more than usual this year. I started at an expensive hotel in Austin. If I had known a Holiday Inn was so immaculate, so quiet, and had such amazing staff, I would have gone there. I'm going to talk to them today about a two-week stay. The breakfasts were great. Most of all, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. On a scale of 1 to 1o, the Holiday Inn Express Cedar Park (NW Austin) rates 110.

We liked everything about this hotel! All of the staff (both day and night) were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were large and laid out nicely. The beds had pillow tops and were super comfy. Plenty of pillows too. The thermostat was easy to regulate, and the lighting was very good, with many options. The area felt safe, and we walked to the restaurant next door in the dark without a worry.

Staff is really nice, they allow pets, and the pet deposit is the cheapest we have ever had to pay, but that's probably because they over charge for the rooms...
