Property was fine. Website said pool was heated, that was a lie, it wasn’t. Water was very cold.
I was also told that the $100 deposit would be refunded upon checkout and I have still been charged $247 for ONE NIGHT and we cleaned our room and had trash thrown away so why did I not get my deposit back?

The woman who was serving food and working the breakfast was the sweetest and kindest woman ever. She made my morning. I prayed with her and hope to stay there and see her again!!

Front desk staff, Regina, welcomed us - even when we didn’t think we’d stay. Location! Firepit in courtyard. Porters restaurant was really a high end but delicious meal, just what we needed on a cool stormy evening.

The hotel is dirty and dated, especially the elevator, hall and our shower. Smoking banned yet cigarette smoke permeated the lobby. Staff was rude and indifferent. Couldn’t even provide coffee before 8:30 on a Sunday morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice choice of eating places.
Nice choice of eating places. Well-marked streets and businesses. The Applebee’s was wonderful with excellent service and good food.
Steak and Shake was not clean, we ordered and then waited 30 minutes for our food. Won’t go there again!

Collinsville is great for exactly what it needs to be great for. I go there every fall for a major Sci-fi/Gaming convention, and everything I need is right off the highway, centrally located to the convention center, and of enjoyable quality. The convention center itself is roomy, well laid out, and surrounded by ample parking. I've never not enjoyed my timebin Collinsville.

People were more than rude on the phone and trying to cancel a reservation that was disguised as being in St. Louis Missouri. Not once not twice not three times not four times the five different occasions. Telling me I had to go through booking.com even after I had given booking.com and email and confirm canceling it with them they were unwilling to help me. Even so much is hanging up on me when I asked for a manager! We people were more than rude on the phone and trying to cancel a reservation that was disguised as being in St. Louis Missouri. Three of us came to Collinsville so we could attend the Summer Solstice observation at Chahokia Mounds. Really didn't see a city of Collinsville. It was more shopping centers and stores and restaurants, all of which were plentiful. We ate at Colton's for dinner and Bob Evans for breakfast. Both were good.
dirty, no breakfast available although in my reservation it was written that it shoud be available - bathroom sink was flooded when we arrived.
microwave dirty inside as well as the small fridge which looks like it had suffered a car crash...
the whole hotel smells cigarette.
Everything from checking in to out was fantastic.. Room was great! Slept well and nice area. Employees very nice.. Breakfast was great also! My sister even said it was a lovely quiet hotel. My chihuahua enjoyed it too,he and I needed a little trip away.
The hotel is in a good location. They provided a decent breakfast. I've had better, but I have also had worse. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was quiet with not disturbance from guests.
