The front desk staff as well as the housekeeping aids were so inviting and so nice and ready to help with literally anything! We stayed in the king suite and we had everything we needed to stay! From the kitchen utensils down to dishsoap and dish drainer, pots and pans, silverware, cups plates, coffee makers kcups refrigerator, dishwasher, linen/clothing closet, couch sofa w a sleeper inside, extra blankets and pillows and sheets and pillow case for extra bed. The staff members were very professional and understanding when it came to my bad hearing. The breakfast was very good. I will certainly stay there again in the future.

Not much of a selection. The premade breakfast sandwiches did not taste good.

The whole area especially shopping malls are in decline, some Old shopping areas only have 1 or 2 stores open. Nevertheless I was able to walk to 2-3 miles & found good coffee facilities. Note in the 4 days of walk I didn't;'t meet any other people walking, people here use their cars,

The fire alarm went off at 415 am and after the alarm quit the strobe lights in my room continued to flash for 2 and a half hours after alarm was silenced! The manager didn’t even offer a discount for ruining our trip everyone was in a bad mood ! I heard manager talking about there too cheap to fix the bad pipes for fire protection they just put temp patch on to get by ! That’s great thanks for ruining our trip!!!

Holiday Inn: Pool cloudy with so much chlorine my husband and granddaughter threw up before even leaving. Foods awful. Room extremely dirty. Staff rude and not wanting to help except Brittany. She was great.
As for Fairfield itself, I lived there for 15 years. It's gone downhill bad! We moved to Loveland bc my 13 y.o. son came home from school and said he just saw some guns and the gang wants him to join.
Drugs are everywhere.
Just so sad, but we'll never live there again.

The price was 180 for two nights.
The price was 180 for two nights. The bedding was questionable, breakfast was very slight because of covid but the options could’ve been better. There were no pop in the vending machine, the pool was closed, the workout machines majority were out of order, the remote didn’t work properly && the tv hardly worked either. Also, one of my keys did not work

I didn't like anything because I did not get to stay at your hotel. I made a reservation, employ at the desk said she did not have any more rooms but was giving another person a room. The employ also cancelled my reservation and that I wouldn't be charged and gave my room to this other gentleman. Employ said my wife was cursing when she was not. Situation was all bad and I was traveling from California and it was hard finding another hotel.
The hotel was more than accommodating for my last minute booking. The pool was very clean and they provided extra pool towels. When I mentioned to the front desk that I needed to leave before official breakfast hours, she offered us the grab and go items such as muffins and yogurt! Amazing customer service!
I did not like anything about this place. You could smell the characteristic "non-smoking" but used-to-be smoking hotel smell from the parking lot. The lobby was way-too-heavily fragranced with cheap toilet air freshener.
Front desk lady was amazingly helpful and polite. That’s about all there is to like about this hotel. All other desk staff are nose down in their cell phones the entire time…
Was perfect for where I was working! Staff was amazing!
Over all was a great place to stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Clean! Room was very comfortable!
