Micro, fridge, tv were nice to have. The beds were a little stiff, but that’s 1,000 percent better than if they had been sinking in the middle !

It’s an absolutely beautiful area! Clean, spread out, lots of trees and beautiful buildings.
We came specifically to visit Jentezen Franklin’s Free Chapel church.
Go try Quillian’s Grill ! The menu: the food and the varied desserts are awesome!

Plenty of places to eat and things to do. Definitely need to stay more than one night. I stayed at a two star Econo lodge and it was great. I highly recommend Hello Hilo to eat- it is a wonderful; and unique experience.

The toilet seat keep falling off since it was broke .
The toilet seat keep falling off since it was broke . They was roaches. Somebody had use the toilet and didn't flush it before we went into the room it had paper in the stool the bedspread was dirty I just push it aside because I was to tired to complain but I will not stay there again.
I also asked about places to eat and there wasn't able to tell me any places close other then the waffle house across the street the next morning we drove about 2 mile and found a IHOP and several other places that we would have been able l e to get a good meal. So no I would not said Motel 6 is a good place to stay.

Beautiful City with plenty of historical places, all scattered but there. Unfortunately rapidly changing with growth and lots of construction. Taking away the southern beauty. So I recommend to go ASAP to get a glimpse b4 it’s all gone. Green Street with all them gorgeous houses was breathtaking. The downtown area is nice walking distance for a few historical things like the “Eternal Flame” or the “Solar System” but all the construction going on not only took the view away but the path also. Had to go around in circles to get to different points.

We stayed one night in Gainesville as a layover to preview a college campus in the area. The city seemed clean and had many places for shopping and various options for dining. Navigation around the city was easy and clearly marked.

Had booked this room for several weeks.
Had booked this room for several weeks. When I called to see if I could check in earlier..they said no, because they were cleaning the rooms. Check in time was at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm...although I had rented another room for about 3 hours...since I couldnt check in before 3pm at ramada. When i arrived at 3pm at Ramada they said the room wasn't ready. They said I had to wait until almost 4pm. Our event started at 4pm. But they managed to give us and old room to at least change for our event.
There were 2 roaches in my room. I seen them when I woke up the next day. I told the General manager of the situation and she said she is sorry to hear that. A worker even went in the room and seen them. No solution offered. I asked for a refund and she refused. I will never use this brand again for any of my hotel stays. I have my own trucking company and will never send my drivers here either.
simply put this is my go-to hotel when working in Gainesville it's a little pricey for what you received that the staff condition of room and hotel are without a doubt the Best Value Inn Gainesville
I like that the people that work here don't treat you like you are less than human. Some hotels are really bad about that but this place is awesome! Always nice, friendly and helpful.
