The location was convenient to the highway and options for food. The cottage was comfortable with all the amenities including fridge, coffee and ice maker. A nice big bedroom with a king bed. The proprietor was lovely, helpful and allowed us a late check in.

I already left a detailed explanation of my poor experience there, but did forget one item. I was unable to adjust or turn off the a/c unit. I believe that was part of the odor problem in the room.

After spending extra money at Hershey Park, it was nice to spend a little less for hotel accommodations. We were able to spend open to close at the park (9pm) the drive 10 minutes to hotel that was $100's of dollars less than closer properties. WELL worth the money it cost to stay. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, good fresh pillows that weren't all flat.
Carpets clean and free from stains. Enough seating in room not outdated furniture.

Grantsville is very scenic, quiet, and beautiful. We enjoyed taking a joy ride and looking at all the farmland and green pastures. There isn't alot to do with the kids locally but we enjoyed ourselves.

I did not like the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. The first morning when we were leaving to go to Hersheypark we saw the cleaning personnel working on the rooms surrounding our room. I specifically asked several of those employees if in fact they were going to go to clean our room number 225 or not. They said they were going to replace the towels that were dirty, make the bed, vacuum, and clean the bathroom area. When we returned from Hersheypark, sadly none of this was done. I saw that receptionist and asked him and he gave me sufficient towels for that evening. There were supposed to be a breakfast included in the cost of the room, however, all three mornings that I was there all they had was a bag lunch containing a small muffin, a tangerine, energy bar, and water. I do not think I got my moneys worth on the three evenings that I stayed at this hotel. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for less money that are fully accommodative to the basic standards. I left this hotel disappointment with just about everything I expected. I would highly discouraged others from going to this hotel and expecting to have a comfortable clean stay in the area.

The hotel was very clean and the room extremely spacious. Bed was comfortable. Full size closet if you were staying for a long time would be wonderful. We were stopping on our way from South Carolina to upstate New York. We spent a couple of hours at the casino. It was wonderful for the short time we were there.

It was adequate but for $200 a night not the standards I'd expect. It was more like a $100 a night type hotel. Room cards didn't work,
needed to go back to desk to have them redone. Due to covid still no breakfast buffet, did provide bag with a bottle of water, piece of fruit, small muffin and breakfast bar. Pool was closed. Ice machine never had ice and from the look of machine not sure I wanted to use any ice from it anyways. Comforter between sheets worn out and torn. Small stains and holes in sheets. Hole in wall from missing smoke detector. TV remote missing cover. Couch with 2 large rips in it. Floors needed vacuumed every where. Wouldn't recommend the place for the price we paid. Disappointed.
The staff (especially Mike, Isaac, Clara and Shelley) were very helpful, nice and easy to talk to. We were able to get our stay extended 1 day because of our children being sick and needing another day to recuperate before heading home. It was nice that there were things to do in the hotel (swimming, miniature golf, fitness area, indoor basketball, a pool table and a few arcade games). Having a guest laundry area helped our family as well.
We drove up and saw people sitting outside of rooms and lots of other rooms with the door open and thought there was no air conditioning. We didn't even go in. The hotel gave off a bad vibe. Now I know why the price was so cheap and had rooms available while all the other hotels in the area were booked. Never again. How do I get a refund?
Decent stay for the price considering the cost of other hotels in the area at the time. Linens were all clean, towels smelled clean. Mini ice maker and Keurig in the room. Plenty of space if you had kids with you so you could spread out. Quiet area. You could see horses out the window from the farm behind. Would stay again if in the area.
We really liked the hotel. It was close to Hershey Park. We loved the modern feel and the lounge/breakfast area was really comfortable and inviting.
The breakfast was really good! Much better than other free breakfasts we been to. Was pleasantly surprised!
Would definitely stay here again in the future for Hershey Park.
The breakfast surprised me. It was a great selection! One of the best hotels that I've stayed in with my family for the price and amenities. The indoor pool was a big plus! And only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. The staff was very friendly; especially the front desk.
The hotel was very conveniently located near the highway, there were snacks and tea upon our arrival, especially the sweet dreams tea, superb room and bathroom. My mom and I slept through the night. Exceptional experience
We didn’t make it to breakfast it ended a little too early than other motels or hotels. The two guys that checked me was amazing and has a great personality. If I’m ever back in this area I would stay again.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was amazing and there was free coffee available all day. The swimming pool and hot tub were great and very clean as well.
The breakfast was great! Many options available and the breakfast area was very clean. The hotel was also in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and Hershey.
The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast with a fair amount of variety. It was conveniently located near Hershey Park.
