This hotel is just plain ugly. I suppose it’s clean. When you stay here you feel like you’re in an institution. There is no warmth. Hard linoleum floors in room and through hallways. It’s just depressing there.

Large room well payed out for the kitchen area. Actually a kitchen area instead of a microwave over a refrigerator. Having a sofa and a desk was nice too.
Quality Inn & Suites Indio features an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub and rooms with flat-screen cable TVs and free WiFi. This hotel is 6 minutes' walk from Eagle Falls Golf Course.
The location was very central.
The unit we stayed in was a little dated, could use some newer living room furniture.
Some of the kitchen cupboards were very worn and needed replacement.
The grounds where we'll kept.
The golf course needed work. The tee off boxes where not well marked at all.
The fair ways where very poorly maintained.

Shower and toilet was very dirty.
Shower and toilet was very dirty. I had no housekeeping to clean the room. The pool was very dirty. I would rate it a big zero. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. And for sure would not come back to this motel.

Hell on earth.
Hell on earth. We were just driving through and stayed at our hotel for less than 12 hours, It was HOT. Cooled down to 107 at night. Luckily the hotel we stayed in had AC and cold pool. If you're into gambling it would be fun, there were a lot of casinos on the way there.

No offense intended to those who like the area and enjoy the California desert but I probably wouldn't vacation in Indio. It is, however, a great stop off from Phoenix heading to Northern California. We absolutely loved the Fairfield Inn by Marriott

Lobby was very nice.
Lobby was very nice.
Room was dingy, shower dripped, drain plug wasn't attached and slipped off. Drain slow. Hotel convenient for travel which means it's on a noisy freeway. Only passing through.
We really appreciated Sonja, the lifeguard and staff member. She went above and beyond in honouring our wedding anniversary with a gift basket. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and local areas of interest. Very relational and welcoming.
As well, Denise at the front desk, and relief at the pool, was very friendly, gracious, and attentive to us.
Angel was very kind in helping us with our luggage when we left.
We LOVED the lazy river! We liked the convenience of the store/deli.
Excellent range of breakfast food and drinks…something for all ages, and staff on hand cleaning and restocking. Comfortable tables/chairs and high chairs available. TV was on…not intrusive and also view of swimming pool from breakfast area.
Clean comfortable room. Option to access gym and small pool…both looked clean and well maintained.
Plenty of parking and luggage trollies available.
We really enjoyed our stay what an amazing spot to travel in Indio. There were plenty of golf courses close by that we were able to attend, and they were so pristine they really did not disappoint! We also used the pool when it was very hot and thought it was lovely. Cannot thank the hosts again for having such luxurious accommodations like this for travelers to enjoy.
I liked the area and how it was in a gated community. The living space was great for us as we were able to sleep comfortably and have the amenities that many other motels or
Hotels don’t provide such as a kitchen space with all you may need as well as the living spaces. We did not stay long so we didn’t get to explore all that the place offered.
We stayed at the Days Inn on our way to NM. We were pleasantly surprised when entered. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us the best restaurant recommendation right opposite the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. Great value for money. Happy to recommend. Thanks to the team.
We needed a stop over between San Diego and Las Vegas and chose Palm Springs. Since all cheaper options already were gone in town we chose this nearby solution. We got what we paid for: a bit far out in a quite run down area, run down rooms, reception not available before 3 pm (to - at least - leave our luggage).
Clean and comfy rooms and beds. Location was good but bad at same time. Close to motorway. Staff were helpful. Reception and breakfast area very nice and bright. Breakfast options was pretty good.
Plenty of parking
The bed was amazing! For breakfast I enjoyed bacon and an egg white Southwest omelette. Literally the best bacon and omelette I have ever had at a hotel. Even my husband agreed and that is saying a lot!
Staff was very pleasant in telling me that I had booked the wrong night. The hotel was full. So i ended up paying a norefundable rate for a non-stay. No much fun.
