the room appeared clean and well maintained. the location was good for many things in the King of Prussia area and easy access to expressways. However, the noise from the nearby traffic was significant.

Check in was super smooth, Staff was very professional, helpful and welcoming. The room and pool were clean(pool needs improvement with stocking towels). I also loved that breakfast was included and most of the tv channels were free(FRRE WIFI). Really great place to stay and in a good area with so many major stores and food places around the corner. My family and I will definitely be back!

Upon checking in the Front Desk Staff were extremely helpful for recommendations, invited us to enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies and bottled water all available 24 hours a day, Located across from King of Prussia Mall, location was excellent access to restaurants and the highway.
Beds very comfortable and room was immaculate. Large bathroom counter, hair dryer, plenty of towels, good shower/tub. Room was great size (2 queen beds), and had desk and chair. Large window looked out on tree area (room 286) so very private.
Various choices for breakfast, easy checkout.

The property was exceptional clean, and I’m a bit OCD. There is a small sitting area with a pullout sofa. Perfect. I was pleasantly surprised. Not the most luxurious, but definitely one of the cleanest and nicest properties I have stayed in, especially for the price

I did not enjoy my stay due to the slamming of doors along with the marijuana smell. I was surprised that I didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave or a safe to store my valuables. The bed was angled in a weird direction I guess that was how it was supposed to be.

I didn't like one aspect of my stay.
I didn't like one aspect of my stay. Moment I walked in room, floor was sticky. Loose toilet seat, room phone doesn't work, had to use my phone to notify front desk. I paid a few dollars more for a smoking room of $85.79, I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free. As a sign of good faith, I should receive a partial refund.

Kieani was wonderful when we checked in, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful-we were there to visit a college, had no idea that there was a huge mall, etc. appreciated her restaurant suggestions. upon checkout, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful, the computer for guests wasn’t working, so my daughter was able to email her resume to the hotel email and he printed it for her. your staff was just awesome. you’re very lucky to have them.
Overall the hotel is in a good location if you have a car. It is close to the various highways, Valley Forge National Park and the KOP Mall. The room itself was spacious (we took a larger room) and the bed was very comfortable and there was an ability to adjust the temperature in the room beyond the normal 68-72 degrees that some hotels 'lock' you into. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the mall and the breakfast downstairs is ok.
Upon paying for my room again I had to go get a prepaid debit card because they wouldn’t except cash and the hotel manager took the numbers while registering it and stole my money and nobody did nothing about it. When I contacted corporate, they told the hotel manager, what I did, I had called and she, then upon took it upon her self to harass me for a while, get other people to intimidate me and kick us out.
The size the apartment is beautiful bright comfortable they leave you everything you need pots pans coffee maker soap and toiletries. The lay out and size it’s wonderful the one bedroom was roomy for me and my husband. Your 5 minute drive from king of Prussia mall and a 2 minute walk to stores and restaurants around the building highly recommend .
It appears to be a typical business hotel in Near-Phily area. The room is more or less OK, bed was fine. The hotel was not very busy given the current situation. There is not much more to say about the (positive) quality of the hotel.
Location, cleanliness, and service was great! The continental breakfast also had many great options. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is very close to the mall and was perfect for our visit.
this is my go to place when visiting King Of Prussia. I love the decor how comfortable and spacious rooms are. staff are always polite. I also love the proximity. close to the Mall, restaurants and even downtown Philly
Room was filthy. Smelled of cigarette smoke. There was drug use on parking lot. I actually checked out and had to pay for another hotel I moved to. Couldn’t even spend the night.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The room was clean, comfortable and ready when we arrived. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I feel that there needs to be more privacy and security cameras in more areas because of random people entering the hotel who are not staying or paying for a room to stay.
the stay was great but i did lose my labtop and the case and not sure if its still at the hotel or not. i think i was in room 218. if anyone see's it, can you let me know?
