Room was very welcoming and clean. My family commented on how clean the pool and pool area was. They really enjoyed it. The pool is the reason we didn't choose a lesser priced establishment.

Pretty much nothing, the only highlight was the girl at the desk that was working herself to death and had no help. She was very pleasant. Other than that I have not done good thing to say about the stay it was dirty, the toilet leaked there was mold in the bathroom, there were bugs on the windows. The carpet was filthy. All the furniture was falling apart and missing parts. It was a non-smoking hotel but people were standing right outside the door, smoking pot and cigarettese. I finally had to confront them myself, even after the manager made an appearance and did nothing, it was false advertising as to having a restaurant, a bar, and a workout room. If you look at the picture of the workout room, it looks very nice, but it had only two pieces of equipment. The free breakfast was iffy if you got there on time, you might get something but with a baseball team staying there if you got in there behind them, they were not quick to refill anything, it was even hard to get a cuppa coffee at times. There were bugs on the window and the bottom screens were so destroyed. You couldn’t even see out them. I need a handicap parking and the workers they’re trying to clear the plumbing parked in the handicap area in front of our room. TV didn’t work maintenance man came in and found that it was plugged in behind by two extension cords and the telephone did not work at all, the carpet was absolutely disgusting so dirty. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper and accessories. The advertising of what they had was a joke totally false. This place should be shut down until they can remodel and fix it up. Apparently, none of the baseball players had to be moved because their rooms were so dirty. They couldn’t even stay in them.

Traffic lights appear to be set-up to trap drivers. The car wash was good. The people were friendly. I ate from the vendors at the venue for meetings I attended. I would look for a different motel, and would feel like I'd have to "settle" for the room I stayed in on this trip.
The staff at this hotel blew me away. Liz, Lori...I'm forgetting someone else, sorry!. They went above and beyond and I couldn't have been more grateful. Really, they're 5 star people. Also, the bed was the best. Honestly! I'm not a huge fan of all the new foam/gel type beds and this was a good, old fashioned, soft meets firm comfy ideal. I would absolutely stay again.
I came to spend one night and ended up staying three! Little lady of the property was extremely helpful and made me feel like family. she took care of me as if i was her own! i won't stay anywhere else in longview.
Staff was friendly and the room was generally comfortable. Rooms are a decent size and have a fridge and microwave. The WiFi worked surprisingly well for a hotel so it was easy to get work done.
This hotel was extremely clean. The reviews about this place not being "mask-friendly" are a joke. The front desk was absolutely helpful and kind and I would recommend staying here.
