A couple of terrible things happened during my stay. First and foremost, the cleaning person left my door open with the bolt/lock turned so that the the door wouldn't close. I must have been gone for a minimum of 12 hours before I came back to my room to see that the door was open. I had quite a few valuables in my room including one of my laptops, work documents, and clothes, etc. I reported this to the front desk staff who was friendly enough to say that he will report this to the housekeeping manager. That being said, I never received an apology or anything from the hotel thereafter. Furthermore, another terrible thing happened at the bar. I went for a total of 3 days out of our 4 nights stay with my colleague. The first two days where the head main bartender was a male was absolutely fine. He and his partner treated us with respect and we enjoyed ourselves as we dined at the bar. So, I decided to go for a 3rd night which was an absolute mistake! The head "female" bartender was first of all non-present until other wait staff members went somewhere to get her anytime anyone at the bar ordered an alcoholic beverage. Apparently she was the only one there with a bartender's license. I saw that this was the case throughout the night. As soon as she was done taking orders and served the drinks, she would abruptly disappear somewhere where perhaps she was kicking back to relax letting the rest of the wait staff take care of everything else apart from serving liquor and the bills at the end. Now this part gets even worse, when my colleague asked for the check, we ended up waiting for perhaps 15 minutes as she had once again disappeared nowhere to be seen. She then comes storming out and literally "throws" the bill in front of my colleagues face at the bar.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean

Good location. Ample parking.

Breakfast was good but heavy on carbs. Still very tasty.

The staff is the best you ask in a hotel
