They said they couldn’t honor you 2 week commitment said they would cancel out transaction (me and booking.com) and charged me for a week stay on my credit. I left prior to the week ending it was dark mold and had only pieces of furniture. I had to buy a comforter and clothes rack to hang my button ups. Nothing pleasant

The biscuit at breakfast tasted very good. There wasn't anything else that tasted good. While the room itself was clean and well tended to. All of the staff members were cheerful, helpful, and efficient.

The hotel is about an hour or so depending on traffic from Chicago - Midway Airport. The location was convenient for me for my purpose which was to attend a local wedding at Silver Lake Country Club. The room was comfortable & clean. The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful. The bathroom door in my room could not open all the way because it bumped into the toilet..I'm assuming this could be due to an upgrade in installing a new toilet at some point that was larger..Also, the toilet did NOT have a lid which I didn't like. I kept being afraid I was going to drop a towel or something in there. I did like the full length mirror on the door. Breakfast was free but plastic utensils provided were the size for children's hands, not adults...Very small and hard to use. They were also flimsy & kept bending. They should provide larger, stronger ones. Local restaurants, The Bavarian Lodge in Lisle, Lumes Pancake House and Burrito Jalisco Mexican Restaurant in Orland Park were excellent !!CARLA JOUnited States of America
