Great location with access to the Valley Metro. The hotel gave me passes to the metro to attend the Arizona Diamondbacks game at Chase Field.

We never left the resort...and why would we! Everything we possibly could have wanted was right there. We had brought along cards and various board games, snacks and water to have in our room, Of course, the company (my children) was outstanding! This is a fantastic resort that has courteous and attentive employees. The grounds are immaculate, and the villas are extraordinary. My family had an absolutely amazing time. Staying in a spotless, impeccably decorated, large villa, with enough space to play games, cook, or watch a movie (all while another person took a nap) made for the perfect little vacation. We loved the water slides and lazy river. My highest recommendation goes to the Arizona Grand Resort and Water Park!

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.
The room was very big, clean and comfortable (sofa included), with everything you need, big TV with lots of channels and even a fridge where to keep your food/drinks cold. Location is perfect right in the heart of Phoenix downtown. The fitness center is limited but clean and with modern equipment which is enough to satisfy your working out needs. Staff was friendly, helpful and there is self parking option although the parking is located in a different building close to the hotel. Definitely would repeat if I ever come again to Phoenix.
The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortble. I couldn't believe how quickly I fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The manager, Sean Hayes, was very polite, respectful, and professional. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff person Alicia was also very professional and polite, and made checking out a breeze. I normally stay at this hotel every November when my spuuse and I come to Phoenix to attend the NASCAR Championship races.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Phoenix! I have stayed here multiple time with my family. The breakfast is great, great pool and awesome ambience. They offer complimentary laundry usage on the first floor which is great! The rooms are very clean and exceeded my expectations and they have mini kitchens with silverware, plates etc. The staff is always very friendly as well. I truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean relaxed stay.
We traveled to Phoenix to see a Diamondbacks game. We were impressed by how clean and well planned out the downtown area was. This hotel is centrally located to everything within walking distance - 1/2 to the Stadium. But also the AZ Science Museum (which is AWESOME!), Convention Center, a theater, and much more. We plan to return to Phoenix again in cooler months and will stay at Best Western again.
The Staff was AMAZING,CHARISE WAS SOOOOOOOOO AMAZING AND CARING..I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE GIRL IN THE BAR WAS AMAZING AS WELL MY ROOM WAS ON POINT AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ROOM I GONNA STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL EVERY WEEK...THIS IS DEFINITELY MYYYYYYYYYYY FAVORITEEEEEE PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN PHOENIX ARIZONA!THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING ME FEEL SAFE WHEN IM SLEEPING.....
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It came with a mini fridge and a microwave for no extra cost if you ask for it. The bed was the best thing out of this hotel. Staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient to the highways. A book is provided in the rooms to tell you of things to do around Arizona which came in handy for us.
Our flight came in very late.
Arrived after 11 pm.
Staff was excellent. Greeting us like it was noon not almost midnight.
Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Hotel was so quiet.
I enjoy my big breakfast. Wife had a great fruit cup.
We live in Arizona and travel a lot.
Best hotel in Phoenix near airport.
Thank you!
The Aloft hotel exceeded our expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. After a long day of flying it was nice to relax in this quiet and comfortable room. Took advantage of nearby shops and restaurants for good food and shopping for essential supplies. We will be visiting again on our trips through Phoenix.
We were traveling with our service dogs and were charged $75 for them, they couldn't stay in any areas with us like the hotel lobby or bar, however it was the best breakfast ever, the bathroom and shower really nice too, Reception staff left a little to be desired, but the bar and breakfast staff were excellent.
This was a good hotel for 1 night after arriving in Phoenix, and before heading to our destination. The room was adequate and the breakfast was very good. There is an outdoor pool, but it wasn’t heated. The fitness center was pretty good. We used the shuttle service and that was convenient.
The Embassy Suites, Phoenix Biltmore is a beautiful hotel. We were checked in by friendly staff and very efficiently. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pull out couch wasn't great, but not bad either.
LOVED this hotel! Beautifully decorated, huge comfy room (loved the in-room speaker), pool area was so fun, the free popsicles were a fun treat. Would come back to Phoenix just to stay here.
The rooms (3) were very clean and comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The staff was fantastic. The atmosphere was very comfortable. This is a great hotel.
Comfortable room. had two great nights of sleep there while I was visiting Phoenix for a convention! I also used to the guest laundry which was convenient.
Excellent value for a very decent hotel near the airport and downtown Phoenix. Our room on the second floor was very clean and quiet as well as spacious.
