The hotel was average. I paid for 2 non-refundable rooms several weeks in advance of our stay and when I gave the front desk a credit card for incidentals, they charged that card for an additional third room. It took us over a month dealing with both the hotel and with Booking.com (with whom we rented and paid for the 2 rooms) to finally resolve this issue. Poor customer service on both the hotel's side and on the Booking.com side.

During our three-day stay, we discovered fantastic shopping districts and wonderful dining options. The river walk was definitely a highlight of our trip. Another memorable experience was spending a day at the zoo, taking lots of photos while exploring the area on foot.

I lived in Pueblo in my teens, and I always enjoy visiting. I mostly ate at fast food places this time as I was there on business, but I did get to eat at Chili's! Great food, and I didn't have to wait long to be seated!

Pueblo has a beautiful River Walk. The golf was great. The Pueblo Convention Center did a fantastic job with our event. Brues Ale House was a great night out for a concert. The show at Memorial hall was amazing. Sadly, i was not able to get out to Lake Pueblo. Neon Alley was a great trip back in time. The people were friendly and helpful.

Pueblo has a beautiful river walk, museums & food places to eat. Lots of attractions within 45 minute drive like garden of the gods, pikes peak & manitou springs. It’s a smaller town & easy to get around
Woke up at 140am covered in bed bug bites. When I went up to the front desk and showed the gentleman who was working the bites. He was not surprised at all. I said this must be a normal thing because you don't seem surprised. I was given a story about some guy who lived there for months and left the room full of trash etc. You as a hotel know you have a bed bug infestation yet you choose to just continue to rent rooms without rectifying the issue. Run run run do not stay here.
The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Even though our reservation didn't show up she was still able to get us in a room. The bed was small for 2 people even though the reservation said king size bed. We were on ground level but we're unable to park directly in front of our room due to cones in parking spaces. Some vehicles were allowed to park there but not us. The guy who watered the plants was rude and should learn a little people skills.
The shower and toilet were filthy I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and the bed didn't have any nice or warm blankets they need to go in and check this rooms after housekeeping says there done other than the room being bad my boys had a clean room but mom didn't and she's the one who pays for the room
They called me when I was on my way into the concert to tell me "my room was cancelled because a have an address that is from the same town as the Hotel". I said "what, why would you do such a thing" and the person who called said " the Hotel has private owners and they can do what they want", click, she hung up.
The hotel is one of the higher end hotels for Pueblo., but yet if felt like I was staying in a Motel 6, for some reason. I dont think I got what I paid for. It was underwhelming, to say the least. The staff was ok , the amenities we ok, the cleanliness was nonexistent. I was not impressed by any feature.
it is really difficult to find nice cheap place now. all the hotel are overpriced. This one has good and steady price, rooms are old, but nice and comfortable, there is breakfast, shower is perfect, bed was good and I really think it is a good place to stay! and it is quite cheap!
and staff is amazing!!
Your staff member Helen serving breakfast went above and beyond. She is a TRUE treasure. She was so friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights and we ate at the hotel all 3 days just because of the service from Helen. Over all staff members very nice.
My room was clean and once I figured out the thermostat the room stayed nice and cool. Breakfast was wonderful both days we were there. Parking was convenient and plentiful even though the hotel was almost sold out.
its a busy hotel, walking distance to gas station and food, room was clean. Liked the location of room. pets are allowed. towels washed and returned in an hour. hot water was fixed by midnight.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was beyond friendly an accommodating when an issue arose based on remodeling of the hotel. Some of the best beds I have ever found.
Room very clean. Breakfast with variety. Good location for my needs. Did not notice any strangers hanging out on the outside which o have noticed at other Pueblo locations.
No breakfast
Room was so dirty. Daily. Lean but no deep clean - walls, floor, tub. Had hair on the sink. Supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke odor.
convenient location, nice clean rooms, would definitely recommend this hotel. great deal for the price. breakfast is actual real food not just cereal and bagels.
Large rooms, breakfast for one night maybe ok, but if you stay longer, the limited variety offered gets boring soon. For a short business based stay so far ok.
