I booked 2 rooms.
1 room was for my mom and aunt, the other were for family friends.
They all said their stay was good. The beds were comfortable, and they throughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

This Extended Stay America - Stockton - March Lane is located in Stockton and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen.
Be careful of the location. We did not know Stockton, so we were unaware of the area, which we would describe as "sketchy". Room keys were not required to enter any of the doors, so anyone could just walk in.

There was pee on the seats, the fridge was missing, no blankets, and the heat nor air was working at all. When I called for my refund considering I waited two days for blankets and never received them. They were rude when I asked for a full refund and hung up on me I want them closed down completely and inspected.

I am sure there are amazing things to say about Stockton.
I am sure there are amazing things to say about Stockton. We were just passing through so we did not see anything beyond industrial parts, the traffic and the homeless encampment across the parking lot. I found it to be depressing but then again we were only there for the night.
One of the main guys from Death Grips (a cool band) is from Stockton!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and Stockton has always had so much potential that it just misses. It's a beautiful, central area with access to a lot of great stuff. But the town of Stockton itself is hurting and crime is rampant (the second night of our stay, our friends who were parked next to us in the hotel parking lot had their catalytic converter stolen). Shops/restaurants often show the promise of what could have been, but the luster is just turned down a notch or two.

This hotel is by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is always intoxicated and highly unprofessional. The rooms look nothing like the photos on the booking site. The entire experience is trash. I found a roach in my room and when asked to be provided a full refund, I was denied and advised to speak with the manager who of course was not available. Their pool was full of mold and looked like the water hasn’t been cleaned or changed in years. This experience was a waste of money, definitely felt like I was staying in a brothel.

I recommend staying at this establishment.
I recommend staying at this establishment. For the price of the room you can't go wrong. Don't expect too many frills but the rooms are clean even though the maintenance is poor and the night staff is wonderful.
I made my reservations a month in advance, I requested a high floor & A Waterfront view, I got an ugly parking lot view & a middle floor.
Its a nice hotel, nice staff, I left a gift for one if the front desk Clerks bcus it seemed she was not having a great bday... the room was good, however the Apt size refrigerator was a shock, but a plus & the Lobby Bar & outdoor seating was beautiful . A Perfect event place if needed.
I like the deal that I payed for and the length of time it was booked for. Also the side of town is nice and this particular hotel is tucked off in the cuts not too much attention plus it's across from a lot of great eating spots.
The breakfast was great. I’m from the south. No grits, but the oatmeal was great. Location seemed safer than other hotels in that city, so happy to have something new and safe.
The receptionist was really nice. Her service skills was out of the hotel league. They took an all star employee from a 5 star hotel and hire her at the less than 1 star motel
Very comfortable bed and big room. Nice front staff. Okay breakfast…no protein nice pool area. Good security for a dicey neighborhood at night. I felt very safe.
