Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decentTurin - 8.0Scored 8.0

I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay. The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean. I also had to pay in advance in order to keep my reservations which the app said different. I recieved a very unpleasant women from the hotel that could not even explain this reason. Upon arrival our bathroom was horrible and the refrigerator had ketchup I believe all over it. This was the worst sonesta I have ever been in for the amount I paid the pool was not even open and the breakfast was nasty. After telling me they were sold out & didn’t have anything else, they were able to give me another room. The other room was worst. I had to leave for an event, when I returned I checked with front desk to see if maybe there had been a cancellation & I could switch & I was told to check back next day, but I was only staying one night. We did not expect from a hotel to have a great morning buffet but we were pleased and it was very convenient

It’s great if you have a car but if not the 20 and 66 bus leave from the Radisson that take you into Providence and the 14 to Newport is 15 minutes walk away.
