From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with this hotel's esthetics and staff's customer service mentality. This was the first time we've stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott, and I can confirm it will not be the last. We were impressed. Loved our room and appreciated the breakfast.

It was a dirty motel, I had to clean air conditioner filter to just breathe the air, it blows on you so we froze all night long, can’t turn it off or it’s sticky..towels are scratchy could even dry hands, there was no coffee or breakfast of any kind…neighborhood seemed sketchy but we had no problems,

When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers on the beds and no towels in the room so we had to change rooms. The next room didn’t have a light in the bathroom and no remote for the TV and half of the closet was missing along with the refrigerator and microwave.
When I went to check out I was told my room was not changed to my Credit Card and I showed the clerk at the desk where it had been changed and she said because I booked on booking.com there was an additional charge that needed to be paid along with my room charges. I declined to pay any additional charges because I booked the room at the rate that was charged to my card. The clerk was very rude and was rude yesterday when I asked her to have someone fix the bathroom light so I could see when I took a shower. I will not stay at this place again.

I was raised in WF, but moved away in 1989. This trip was for a funeral. But, we did look around for changes. Our old house & neighborhood looks the same. Sikes Center Mall has gone downhill. That used to be the big thing in WF. Good memories!

Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say.
Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. DIRTY. Old sheets with spots on them. I kept checking for bugs I was so disturbed. You could not pay me to stay there again. Smelled moldy and the carpet was hard to walk on, as if the padding was torn in pieces and placed underneath. Stumbled a couple of times due to carpet. Just a truly uncomfortable stay and experience. DIRTY!
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Well above average in 'looks' throughout. Front desk staff knowledgable, courteous and dressed appropriately (rather than shabby with a bunch of tattoos!). Room was large and very nicely furnished with pictures, mirrors and extra nice furniture. Bed was comfy. Bathroom large with an amazing shower. Nice breakfast w/adjoining sitting area nicely furnished. Price was very competitive. I would SURELY stay here again.
Shower head broken, so not able to shower to old to sit in a tub, elevator broken, flooring torn in the room by restroom easy to trip. The room smelled bad like mold and musty, ice machine was broken. It was not worth the amount paid. I have no issues with the hotel chain but this location is in dire need of a tear down and rebuild. The staff was very friendly. I won’t stay at this particular location again.
The bed was more comfortable than expected for a hotel bed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (They kept me stocked in coffee for my room since I drink it almost all day.) Conveniently located for the purpose of my visit. They also have some beautiful rose bushes on the property!
There was nothing that we liked they said breakfast is only for the weekends there was a green pool there are no light bulbs in the lamps there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room there was no door number on the room there was one ratty ass towel for use no wash rags no hand towel nothing no soap it was a freaking crack house
I didn’t fee comfortable eating the breakfast since the hotel didn’t have running water!! I honestly don’t remember if they had breakfast because we just wanted to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out and drove back to Dallas after the graduation we were attending in town.
Comfortable with a good location. Hotel had good amenities and the pool gym area where clean and in good condition. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was plentiful and of a reasonable quality for hotel chain, including a few hot options
Never even got to check in after waiting for along time at 130 in the morning we had to go find another hotel this was cancled free of charge by the hotel due to not having any rooms then I still got charged for it . The money needs to be refunded to me
Check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet nights sleep for these road weary travelers. However, coffee supplies were almost non-existent for one person, let alone two!
Very nice hotel with big rooms, and large public spaces . It was very quiet. Great breakfast , plus lots of restaurants and some bars very close by that we walked to. A very nice place to stay.
