Everything is amazing. it is a three level property, ground floor has a very cozy livingroom with kitchen and WC, a gorgeous balcony with amazing views of Ioulida , the sea and sunset. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom and the under level has a huge bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two couples may have their privacy. Decoration cleaningness and the hostess were superb. it’s highly recommended property for staying some steps away from Ioulida and with central location to visit the whole island. Private parking is available as well which is quite a problem if you would like to visit the Chora of Kea.

Everything! This was a last minute booking and we were not disappointed! It was on the most beautiful beach and the views from the windows are incredible. The fridge had everything we needed for breakfast for a few days and the property manager went above and beyond. We hired a car and This really helped. Incredible restaurants are just a walk away.

The view was breath-taking and the host could not have been more helpful and friendly. To have such an excellent villa all to ourselves was indeed the stuff of mythology. The rooms were delightful and spacious. The swimming pool a joy to use and the patio seating luxurious. Kea is an unspoilt Greek Island and we will certainly be returning as a week was not long enough. In truth we wanted to stay for a very long time indeed.

It exceeded our expectations as it was very pretty, clean, comfortable, the location was great and really convenient, the little terrace was really inviting and everything was thought about. Moreover the host had filled the fridge with water, Marmelade and fresh eggs from her chickens wich was such a lovely surprise. Niki, the host, made us feel immediately so welcome, explained us everything, provided us with a map and made some lovely suggestions regarding where to eat or which beach to visit. We are really thankful for the whole experience! We are definitely coming back as soon as we can...
