For any help, I received a fast response. Our host helped us with taxi needs. She even helped us get a last minute stay at one of her properties due to us having to cancel our other accommodation. We seemed to have everything we needed for our stay! (Just FYI, No dryer so need to hang clothes) We were within walking distance to the city center.

Amazing breakfast, great facilities and the most amazing and helpful staff! They really made us feel welcome and at home. The place is gorgeous with a lot of the old original details greatly kept. It's very private and feels spacious as there's only 6 rooms.

We liked the spacious apartment, and the bed was very comfy. Everything was so clean, the shower was really nice. The host was super sweet and welcoming. She brought us croissants in the morning that were delicious. We loved our stay here.

The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high and has nice new large windows. Host has provided all cleaning materials for the kitchen and bathroom fully supplied with soap and shampoo and a nice bowl of chocolates next to the bed was a very special treat.

The property was a great central location and very well appointed with everything you could need. Included were a couple of treats/ sweet biscuits and ample coffee pods. This place is very spacious with a separate lounge and dining area. Would very highly recommend to family and friends. Check in was also available 1.5 hours early than advertised due to cleaners early availability and our gracious host Beatrice letting us in straight after. Thank you for a lovely stay ✔️👍

Everything we needed was provided in the bedroom too, with a big comfy bed and nice linens. The family owners were charming and gave us good advice about visiting the lakeside villages. They run the restaurant at the front of the hotel and we had a jolly meal there. Como is absolutely delightful at Christmas - the best decorated town we’ve seen anywhere!
