Location was good and relatively easy accessible to the places we needed to be. The house was warm and nicely laid out with plenty of bathrooms and we liked the room on the bottom for the 2 aunties who could not walk up the stairs. Having good wireless was great. The house was very clean :-)

We loved our stay. It's very well appointed, great and modern equipment and fixtures. Lots of space. Enjoyed the pool and the spa. Very well looked after, nice and clean house, and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is amazing and a great space to cook and feed people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. We liked and loved everything. Absolutely recommend this house as an accommodation to either stay for leisure and enjoy family time, or use as a workshop or wānanga space.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay. Ryan has done a fantastic job making the place welcoming and homely. Good communications before with our questions, during to set us up and make sure we were all good & after to check we enjoyed our stay. Our family appreciated all the little details - particularly the media desk. We left Ryan some Easter Eggs as a small token of our appreciation

The property is in a good convenient location, it felt like a home away from home and was so good to be able to take our little dog with us too as finding pet friendly accomodation short notice for work can be a very stressful task. The beds and lounge suite were very comfortable, the shower was soooo good after a long day of work, being able to sit outside in comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view down to the river was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Advertising as cozy cabins and Chalet was very misleading, I had my daughter and her partner with their baby and 2yr old, then some other ransoms turned up to stay at the same place. This felt very unsafe and we didn’t stay. Contacted booking.com straight away and haven’t had a response and still waiting after 5 days to let them know of the situation and wanted my money back. But no word and no refund

Directions from the owner on how to gain access were easy to follow. we stayed here 1 night on our way north and 2 nights on our way back south.
