What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay - wonderfully rustic and the food, cooked by Violeta, was amazing and so much of it. We had dinner and although we weren’t 100% sure of what we ate when (!) it was all delicious 😋 We also tried some of the local wines. Zarco gave us a tour of the wine cellar which is worth seeing - 200 years old and the most ginormous wine barrel! There are some very pretty walks from the property leading to spectacular look outs over the gorge. We were also welcomed with a small carafe of the local brandy - definitely warms your heart on a cold day! We stayed with friends at this lovely villa and it was really wonderful. The villa is new and has a big outdoor area where you can swing on swings, play basketball and it also has a BBQ spot – perfect for having a good time. The house itself is spacious and fits 5 people and 2 kids easily. It is also well equipped and has everything you need for staying there except washing machine so it is better to keep in mind. The best part was how nice the hosts were. They gave us fresh veggies from their garden and even left us water and lemonade, which was super nice. Hosts also made sure that our barbecue went well and also prepared a pack of coals and kindling for our barbecue! Overall, this villa near Nis city is a fantastic place to relax and have fun. It's cozy, spacious, and the hosts are really friendly. I highly recommend this place!
