Our bungalow felt really new, clean and fresh, surrounded by beautiful nature. Loved the rice paddies and birds around too. Away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the island (very relaxed overall), yet close to restaurants, market etc. Would recommend and can't wait to be back!

We had an amazing stay at Sabai House. You feel like in the middle of the jungle, it's very peaceful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter directly with them for an honest price. The main beach is at less than 10 minutes away with the scooter. Every morning the breakfast was a beautiful and delicious surprise (fruit, eggs, coffee, mango sticky rice, etc...) They can do laundry for you for a very honest price also. There is cats, chickens and some birds around the place which really adds a cool atmosphere to the place. If I had to come back to Koh Yao Noi, I would definitely go to Sabai House again.

Absolute gem, we had one of the bungalows in the front with a gorgeous view. The place is new and really clean. Our hosts were super welcoming and attended to anything we needed. There is no lack of water bottles here and the breakfast in the mornings were beautifully made and delicious. We were treated to wildlife sounds at night and pretty sunrises in the morning. The location is close to everything (the island itself is very small) but definitely a scooter helps - we rented a scooter right at the pier and someone brought our luggage to this hotel for 100 baht

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpfull, friendly and really kind. If you have any problem they will help you with everything. Food is really good at restaurant. I really recommend this place. I even bought T-shirt there!

The villa had everything we needed. All the facilities are well maintained. Rooms are huge. The pool is great and the garden around it looks amazing. The best resort we had in Thailand. Price is accordingly. But I think it worth it. The staff is great. Always available and with a smile. I hope to return one day.

Such a lovely and cozy bungalow with greenery all around and sounds of nature at night. Great price-quality ratio! Shops and plenty of affordable restaurants are nearby, as well as a neglected viewpoint, where I saw dozens of hornbills. Note that there are only fans in the room and no aircons, so it gets very hot during the day. That was not a problem for me however, since in was exploring the island or sitting on the porch at daytime.
