This location is perfect to visit Rome if you don't mind walking a bit. (20 minutes on foot to the nearest metro stop). An alternative is the bus, but we preferred to walk. The guesthouse is a former (over 100 years old) family house, it is totally renovated to serve as modern guesthouse. I think we never had a better bed and pillow in the accommodations we visited over the years. The hosts (Ludo and his parents) are super nice people. Ludo speaks perfect English, an added value for the non-Italian speaker We were invited by him to join a dinner with other guest, it really made our holiday complete!

Vicenzio is a great host, has a good energy and it is extremely helpful! Also the area is very quiet, close to the public transportation, but there is no city noise. The bathroom has windows and it's quite large. We had a fridge in the room and there is also a terrace outside, a small playground for those with children, an automatic machine for drinks and water.

The flat is located in a quiet street, but very close to artistic area that is crowded day and night. Tram No.8 drives until Piazza Venezia, which is then only 5 minutes by walk from Colloseum. Rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms, and six people can fit easily. All recommendations!

The location was excellent and really convenient for all the Roman sights. Cipro Metro is 2-3 minutes walk away. Spacious clean apartment with all the facilities you will need for your trip. Very comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and air conditioning. Staff were really helpful when we had a power outage - please see below.
