We had an email from Cynthia prior to arrival confirming our visit and asking about requests & celebrations. All were provided and we were taken care off exceptionally well. Angie at check in also went above and beyond, extended our check out time and making sure we celebrated the end of our trip. The bell staff were very knowledgeable and offering advice on what to do or where to go. The hotel is clean, friendly and hosts all sorts of events. Highly recommend

Spotless new room, seems just renovated. Staff was friendly and kind. The night before we had to stay in other hotel nearby, so we can say for sure Sheraton Gateway's shuttle operates twice as frequent as other's, and this will definitely be a factor for us to comeback to Sheraton Gateway.

This hotel deserves to be 4 stars. The staff are fantastic, with a very professional attitude. I particularly liked Aisha. Extremely clean, spacious rooms. The pool is superb. There was a bar/dining area, as well as a counter to purchase food for the microwave. Plenty of snacks, and all at reasonable prices.

The room was spacious, had a desk for work, an armchair, foot rester and comfortable bed which was relaxing after a long flight. The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. They were able to store my luggage after checking out, until I caught the shuttle service back to LAX few hours later. This was very helpful as I could relax for few more hours in the lounge and not have to leave the hotel. Breakfast was great with options. The location is excellent and very close to LAX and the other hotels near LAX. I would go back again!
