The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and always had a smile, providing attentive and lovely service. There are facilities like Ontario Mills, Grocery Outlet, In-n-out Burger, and Taco bell/KFC within easy walking distance, the location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was also ample, and they even offered a shuttle bus to Ontario Airport.
Service was excellent. Sarah, the manager, is sweet and friendly. Room was a good size and a good price compared to others that are $150 and up. Overall a good budget hotel close to the airport.
Great hotel for what we needed, which was a stop off during a sports tournament. Pool was heated and hot tub was fine. No luxury, but none was expected!
The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Good bathroom and desk.
Staff were lovely, gym was great.
Breakfast was surprisingly good, as included in the price.
The tub had jets, and the interior design looked nice. The number of sinks were good. The number of available drawers was also good, more than needed, but I like the extra space. The large door in the executive room was a good design choice.
Convenient location. Satisfying and good breakfast. Comfortable room accommodations. Affordable price. Easy and efficient transportation from airport to hotel via Lyft shuttle provided by the hotel.
The room layout exceeded my expectations. From design, size and comfort level. Was very pleased in every avenue from easy check in to my stay there. Along with check out and staff throughout stay was amazing.
