Everything was perfect! We stayed in King Suite and it was bigger and better than expected. Loved the fireplace! We completely enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to Pacific Grove we will be staying at Best Western!

The heritage inn and our room where very nice. It was within walking or short driving distance to the sites in the immediate area. The breakfast was good as well as the home baked treats and wine in the late afternoon. None of this was mentioned on the Booking.com site so it was a lovely surprise. The reception staff was very pleasant.

Mostly everything was great. Beautiful cottage and location. Artificial fireplace in the room. Sand it was needed in August. Location closer to the ocean cliff, and fear walking nearby. I wished I stayed longer.

Excellent stay in this hotel. The room totally exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, nice and welcoming. The bed is very comfy and we had a good night sleep. the area is very quiet. Hotel is right next to a restaurant but the restaurant closes at 7pm and opens on Fridays to Sundays. From the hotel, we walked to the beach which is about 10-15 mins away. We can see the sunset there.

We appreciated the convenience of leaving our car in the hotel's parking lot, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings on foot. During our visit, we were thrilled to see many seals and their adorable pups playing on the sandy area between the hotel and Lovers Point! We were thoroughly pleased with our experience!

Here you can be sure - there is an information about what will be served the next day (with a picture!). What's more, personel was super friendly and helpful. It's about a 4 minute walk to the beautiful ocean side views and right next to downtown. Our bathroom was enormous with gorgeous tiles and our room was super cozy. They had a lovely Yoghurt Parfait for breakfast which is absolutely delicious. With cookies, coffee and tea available 24/7. The staff especially Alex was super helpful and accommodating.
