We were staying in a refurbished room: the bathroom was very modern, the rest of the room too, very functional with power outlets, USB plugs to charge devices etc. Nice view to Tronador mountain. The breakfast is a wonderful experience. The offer is endless and the food of very high quality. The staff from reception to spa, from Marina to restaurant were very well-trained, helpful, kind and professional. The restaurants offer top-notch food too. There was a small problem with the shower drain and they fixed it within 10 minutes.

The place is located several minutes walk from Puerto Panuelo where you can take a cruise to some local islands with endemic nature. Highly recommended.

It is accessible to collective locomotion which facilitates the displacement towards the central areas. The rooms are very comfortable and always heated for this cold season. Luca and Marisol incredible hosts, always worried that you are comfortable. Ivy the cat a nice and playful companion. Our stay was spectacular. Thank you.

Luna Roja Llao Llao, a property with a garden, is situated in San Carlos de Bariloche, 25 km from Civic Centre, 13 km from Parque Nahuelito, as well as 13 km from Serena Bay. Th elocation was great, the house was nicely decorated and was reasonably spatious. Heating was very confortable. It has a very nice backyard. Although the host was not on the premises he responded very rapidly to the issues we had.
