The host was very familary and she send me a text messages with the instructions about check in and check out. Amazing undergraund parking 2 min far away. Location was great with public transport.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Very good accommodation, lovely and helpful hostess. We loved it here and this will be our accommodation next time we visit Vienna, that's for sure! Highly recommendable!

Wundtgasse 29 offers accommodations in Vienna, 1.6 miles from Schönbrunner Gardens and 2.2 miles from Rosarium. The owner was unussualy good menager, they give us biger acomodation for same price...They say then dont have anather gest, and they give us extra room for same price.
