She also upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The kindness and service we experienced exceeded our expectations, especially in view of the reasonable room rate. We’ll be back!

The hotel served my purposes perfectly. It is walking distance to the airport and was a perfect location to catch my early morning flight. The room was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I found a good fish restaurant and bakery nearby and the outdoor seating area in the hotel was bright and cheerful. After I had left the hotel (and Cartagena), I discovered I had left something of personal value behind. The managers were wonderfully helpful in providing support to get the item back to me!

If you’re leaving late night or early morning I would highly recommend!
