She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Staff - especially Samir is always prompt to attend and provide the best experience, even coffee tips he gave to us! Breakfast is incredible - Avocado Toast is a good order! Location is good - 6min walking to the center. Bed and bathroom is good!

The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location.
