From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Without a doubt, reserve your stay in palmas de alba boutique!!! I promise you you’ll have the best experience and when you arrive ask for Daniela, Melanie and Jorge!

Facilitaties are great! It’s very easy to get to. Location is relatively silent in comparison to other hotels in the area. Staff was super friendly, particularly Melisa.

The property is close to Cartagena's Walls, Palace of the Inquisition and Bolivar Park. great location .. lovely clean hotel …staff excellent … have enjoyed our stay and returned for our last night in Columbia

B Haus Hotel Boutique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Cartagena de Indias. Staff - especially Samir is always prompt to attend and provide the best experience, even coffee tips he gave to us! Breakfast is incredible - Avocado Toast is a good order! Location is good - 6min walking to the center. Bed and bathroom is good!

Featuring water sports facilities, Hotel Boutique Callecitas de San Diego is set in Cartagena de Indias in the Bolivar region, less than 1 km from Marbella Beach and 1.9 km from Bocagrande Beach. The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location. Rooms were very comfortable.

An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so. The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful! Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.
