I was actually surprised with how well everything went. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check in early. The building is very modern and clean. The room is spacious, very comfortable, clean and has a kitchenette with all the utensils you might need, also comes with a fridge, a freezer and a coffee machine. The location is very close to the Reeperbahn and so you have everything around. definitely recommend

Professional and kind. We needed a few things from them and they were very accommodating. The most helpful staff I have ever seen. The location was excellent. Close walk to the stadium for me and my friend to watch football, right by the subway for transportation. Slept like a baby even tho it was a Saturday night on Reeperbahn .
