The Piola is a friendly, family-run hotel near the San Raffaele Hospital and the Polytechnic University. Piola Metro Station is just 100 metres away, 3 stops from Milan Central Station. Great location and clean rooms. We left the car at the parking and used metro as well.

Hotel Lugano is right next to the Lambrate Metro and Train Station, and just a 10-minute walk from the Politecnico University. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Nice location. Close to Metro. Great for solo travelers for 1-2 nights
