The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. I strongly recommend staying there.

Shirley Retreat is located in Kingston. This simple, tropical-style hotel features free Wi-Fi, a garden and meeting facilities. The clean and comfortable environment. From the exterior of the property as well as the interior. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were also accommodating and respectful.

Liked the service from all staff,but especially Richard and jody at breakfast. All areas were clean and tidy. Loved the landscaping of the gardens. The playing of music in all areas made it welcoming. It made it pleasant to sit in the lobby area. Liked most things an excellent hotel.
