The staff was really friendly, we came a bit early and could leave all of our luggage for storage with no problem. The check in went smoothly and the room was nice. The hotel seemed rather new, so everything was nice and clean. Location in Shinjuku was very handy, it’s only a five minute walk from Shinjuku station and even closer to Golden Gai. The street where the hotel is located is calm in comparison to the rest of the area which was a plus. We liked the welcome drink in the basement with a beautiful calm garden and the laundromat was very easy to use. Compliments to the hard working and kind staff, I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Genuinely amazing hotel, very clean and well mannered staff it is expensive but definitely worth it Wi-Fi is great and there is Netflix and YouTube like apps built into the TV close to everything and the rooms are sound proofed amazingly

Well located in the center of Tokyo, Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was conveniently located, the included breakfast was of high quality, the room was larger than most you'll find in Tokyo, and the amenities were all great. We had a very comfortable bed and pillows, and all the comforts of a room you might need while traveling, particularly the washer/dryer. The wifi was also free and fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located with close access to the metro, major convenience stores, restaurants etc. Their Onsen is small but very well maintained. The guest service is very responsive. The housekeeping team is diligent and do a fantastic job on time. We had no safety concerns, and overall really enjoyed our first visit to Tokyo

Well set in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku is located a 5-minute walk from Samurai Museum, 700 yards from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and a 6-minute walk from Okubo... It ticks all the boxes for us. We had everything we need. Good value for money.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... Loved everything about this hotel! The location in the heart of Shinjuku was awesome. The room was big by Tokyo standards and very clean. The water pressure was outstanding. We didn't need our room cleaned while we were there and put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign when we went out. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels and bottles of water left in a bag on our door each day when we returned. It was wonderful not to have to request them when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Located within a 3-minute walk of Samurai Museum and 200 yards of Shinjuku Subnade Shopping Mall, HOTEL KABUKI provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tokyo. Great vibes great location. Comfy room. Great relaxing bath tub. Will be back.

Located in Tokyo's largest red-light district, Kabukicho in Shinjuku, HOTEL PERRIER (Adult Only) is a love hotel that features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. Extremely clean and not sleasy at all. Couldn't really tell that it was a love hotel. Next time in Tokyo, will choose this one for sure!!!
