They were friendly and also directed us how to go to places when we had questions. The location is fabulous, with KL Sentral Station and the NU Sentral Mall being just across the road. Accessibility was fantastic. The room was great, bed comfortable, neat and clean.

It was very clean and luxurious. We used the LK Express to reach the airport, and the KL Sentral station was just across the road and there is an easily accessible walking route from the airport to the station. Very convenient!
