This was likely the best hotel I have stayed it and totally exceeded all my expectations. The staff were amazing and the room finishing / quality / comfort and ammenities were beyond what I expected. It was a great location and certainly sets an incredble standard for other hotels. I will certainly recommend it to all in future.

Se encuentra cerca al casco antiguo de Cracovia, de la estación de buses y algunas paradas conocidas. El personal muy gentil y me dieron chance de guardar mis cosas antes de realizar check in. La atencion a las 24 horas fue un golazo. Siendo el hotel muy grande y con muchas habitaciones, contaba con señales para llegar a la habitación. La habitación muy amplia, limpia, cómoda y con los servicios incluidos (luz, wifi, gas). Me gustó el detalle de la radio antigua.

The hotel is well-situated and one can walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There is a common room with tea and coffee aminities available 24/7 The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! There is a parking lot behind the hotel free of charge, which was great.

Located a 15-minute drive from Kraków-Balice airport and a 30 minute walk to the Old Town, the 4-star Novotel Kraków City West offers its guests spacious, air-conditioned rooms with free internet. The hotel was surprisingly great, quiet locations, clean, staff was helpful and friendly. It is a family friendly hotel, we stayed during Easter time, there were some activities for kids. Breakfast was fantastic, good selection of food and drinks, polish Easter specialities. The water in the pool was warm enough. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful, super clean and cosy hotel with excellent service and safe parking. We spent one night at this lovely hotel and it was super pleasant. The room was beautiful, super clean and it had all we needed. There was indoor parking which was great to park our motorcycle safely overnight. The lady at the reception was so hospitable and helpful. We felt welcomed and looked after. Highly recommend.
