Location wise, it's not super central but the hotel is located in a nice and tranquil neighbourhood about 15 min away from the city center by bus/taxi. The area is sourrounded by parks.

The (family) room is big enough and very clean. I was surprised by the good/strong water pressure of the shouwer. Very nice. Last but not least: very important - the hotel has its own parking which was a must for us. For families travelling by car - this is very important. There are no negative items to report. Everything was really great.
